Negotiate as a network
Payer contracting
Negotiate with the weight of a network. Better Medicare Advantage rates, shared-savings access, and a path to capitation you can't reach as a single practice.
A single independent practice has almost no leverage at the negotiating table. Payers set the rates, and you take them. The practices getting better economics aren't smarter — they're bigger, or they're part of a network.
How Metolius runs it.
Network-scale negotiation
Your practice negotiates alongside hundreds of others in the Metolius network — leverage a solo practice simply doesn't have.
Medicare Advantage rates
Better MA plan rates and terms than you can secure on your own.
Shared-savings & capitation
Access to shared-savings programs now and a path to full capitation contracts as your value-based capabilities mature.
Contract tracking
Every payer contract tracked and reported in PracticeOS so renewals and terms never catch you off guard.
- Better Medicare Advantage rates
- Access to shared-savings programs
- A real path to capitation
- Every contract tracked and visible
Payer contracting is where network membership pays off directly. The same practice, negotiating as part of Metolius, gets terms it could never reach alone.
Common questions.
Do we give up our existing payer relationships?
No. You keep your contracts and identity; the network gives you added negotiating leverage and access to programs you couldn't reach alone.
What is the path to capitation?
Capitation requires value-based infrastructure and a track record. As your VBC workflow matures on the Metolius platform, you become eligible for capitation contracts the network can access.
