Metolius Health grows out of Continuant Healthcare Solutions — a decade of doing the unglamorous, essential work of keeping independent practices running.
We built our foundation serving 1,000+ clinics, including a flagship partnership with Prisma Health — credentialing, revenue cycle, and provider enrollment, the back-office infrastructure most tech companies won't touch because it's complicated and messy and requires actually understanding how healthcare works.
Now we're expanding into something bigger: a full management services organization powered by AI, designed specifically for independent primary care practices in the Southeast who want to participate in value-based care without losing what makes them independent. The Metolius River in central Oregon emerges fully formed from underground springs — we chose the name because it describes exactly what we're doing: surfacing something that's been building for a long time, ready to run.
